The 26 Brand Drive, Thomastown facility incorporates a purpose-built factory, warehouse, and office tailored for Bermad Water Technologies. The development delivers 2,158m² of high-quality space, including 316m² of modern office  to support both operations and administration. Completed in September 2015, the project reflects a functional industrial solution aligned with the client’s long-term growth.
