“Northgate Developments was engaged to build a ‘Purpose-built’ warehouse and office facility in Westmeadows. The build site of 3,245sqm consisted of 2,795sqm of warehouse plus 450sqm of office space in addition to the driveways, car-park and landscaped areas. The Cache Group of Companies moved our logistics operations to the Westmeadows site upon us acquiring the adjacent parcel of land and we engaged Northgate Developments construct our new terminal consisting of and extra 2,000sqm of warehouse plus 300sqm of showroom. The two facilities were combined into one facility. The new building had to be at the same FFL as the existing build, so the two buildings could be connected via a fire rated access. The build required custom loading docks for our product warehousing and dispatch, a custom mezzanine to enhance and streamline our warehouse workflow and specialised fire rated roller doors to our adjoining warehouses. Northgate Developments delivered both projects to our satisfaction and budget with minimal disruption to our operations. We have no hesitation in recommending Northgate to carry out such projects."
