The 62–66 Western Avenue, Westmeadows project was a custom-designed warehouse and office facility developed specifically for Vittoria Food and Beverage. Offering a total of 2,500m², the building incorporates a 2,000m² warehouse alongside 500m² of high-quality office accommodation, providing both operational efficiency and strong corporate presence. Completed in March 2007, the facility was purpose-built to support the client’s long-term business requirements.
