The 78–86 Western Avenue, Westmeadows  development was a purpose-built facility for the Windsor Smith Group, incorporating a modern warehouse and office complex. The project delivers 2,800m² in total, including a 2,000m² warehouse and 800m² of high-quality office accommodation. Completed in March 2004, the building was designed to specifically support the operational and corporate needs of Windsor Smith.
